Puppy Application

Once you submit this application and it's approved, you will be asked to place your non-refundable deposit of $300. Picking your puppy goes in order of deposits received and takes place when the puppies are 4 weeks old. Thank you for choosing Hezzy's Hounds. 

Preferred gender of puppy:
Do you understand that you are expected to INCLUDE this puppy into your family?
Do you understand that all puppies are sold as pets and are not to be bred?
Do you understand you may NEVER sell or rehome this puppy? The puppy MUST come back to me if for any reason you cannot keep the puppy.
Do you understand there is a legal and binding contract we must sign before your puppy goes home?

Please make sure you read the Puppy Contract before committing to a deposit on an Irish Wolfhound or Great Dane puppy. The contract is not a negotiation with me.
